I founded Modern Management Services after years of building and managing operations across governance, programs, and event execution. In that work, I consistently saw the same pattern: even strong organizations with capable leadership struggled when their operations lacked structure.

I’ve supported boards, programs, and teams that depended on clear execution.
And I’ve seen firsthand what happens when that structure is missing.
